A couple things woven together next weekend:
There's a Startup Weekend [SW] in Seattle March 19-21. Lot of people trying to prototype businesses in a weekend, Drupal developers are often in high demand. It's good as a learning experience even if you don't want to start a business.
Our project from a SW in Mountain View in November is still building Green + Social Networking Drupal sites for conferences. The next thing I'd like to do is write a carpool module for Drupal, so any event that has a Drupal website can easily coordinate carpooling. I'm aiming to get something done in the next ten days and hope that DrupalCon can use it. If anyone wants to join me for the weekend and write the module together, that'd be great.
Last, we may be moving our hatchling business to the Northwest, and need one or two more Drupal people to join us as co-founders, I'll be around at the SW and for a few days after if you'd like to meet.

We did a Startup Weekend Tacoma a few weeks back and using Drupal we were able to get a Theater review site up. I was the only person with any significant Drupal experience, and 1 of only 2 with any Drupal experience but after sketching out the basic objects(CCK types) of the web app, everyone was able to join in the fun in create CCK types, and building views.
Fortunately I'll be in Hawaii next week so won't be able to make it but will be there in spirit.
