Comments
I vote for the following presentations
CCK+Views are definitively intertwined to the point that it ought to go together (maybe at the intro to intermediate level) so people can comprehend the whole picture.
Multisite is a must for me (I run an increasing number of sites on a multisite configuration) and why deny it ... I'm concerned and I would like to learn more.
PHP, ajax and Javascript within Drupal is a subject everyone could benefit from.
My 2 cents
Contribute to the Suggested Activities Page
Why not add your last suggestion as a new suggestion on the Suggested Activities page?
Why not add your name to suggestions for which you can make a presentation? We will take a vote for future presentations at our next Meetup, and certainly presentations with available presenters will have a greater possibility of being presented than those without a presenter!

Meeting Space
I am waiting for confirmation of meeting space from one of the local colleges.
Could someone provide or know of an alternate meeting space in the Greater Hartford area should the possibilities I'm pursuing not come through? We need a space that accommodates up to 25 people with projection possibilities from a laptop which we bring or from a computer already in the room.
Thanks,
Mark

Theming with Drupal Presentation
Update: At the next meeting of the Central Connecticut Drupal Meetup Group, Shaun Gorneau will give a presentation on his approach to Theming with Drupal: starting from a general approach to a website's design, followed by mapping the design to Drupal objects, and concluding by taking the design (HTML + CSS) and injecting the Drupal bits. He will include advanced theming topics such as styling of individual content types, unique styling of a single node, an approach to using views, and the use of template.php. His 30-minute presentation will likely be followed by a part 2 presentation at a future Meetup that includes content on theming with base themes and for multisites.
We still need a second person to give a 30-minute "How I've Used Drupal" presentation or to lead a 30-minute "How to Use Drupal for ..." discussion. This second presentation is more about how one applies Drupal to a specific use rather than a tutorial on using a specific feature of Drupal. It would be an excellent opportunity for someone to lead a discussion and gain knowledge from our attendees on the best ways to use Drupal for some specific purpose.
I am waiting on a likely confirmation for a permanent home for our Drupal Meetups, however, I am still seeking an alternate location just in case. Please contact me if you can sponsor a location in or about Hartford or can suggest of someone who might be interested in sponsoring space for us.
