FOSSLC will be hosting our 3rd annual conference on Saturday, August 14th, 2010. The event will take place at the University of Ottawa Campus, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.
This open source technology showcase is an opportunity for the open source developers, entrepreneurs, and users to mingle and share ideas. Over 30 talks during the conference will cover technical, legal, and business aspects of open source use in private industry, community, and government. This event is relevant to technical and non-technical audiences. Talks will be a mix of skill levels.
We would like to invite Drupal Ottawa users to speak and/or participate by attending this event. There are still some speaking slots left - it would be great to have a few more Drupal talks.

Are there other Drupal sessions that you are running? It would certainly be good to get people in the Drupal Community out to this event as there is some very interesting overlap between other FOSS projects!

Rock the Drupal-dome at SC2010
Hi Mike. Yes, that's the plan. We need help spreading the word to reach more great speakers and get them to submit abstracts.
I'm not going to be able to...
Unfortunately, I'm going to be skipping out of town that weekend for two weeks, so I won't be able to attend. I'll certainly try to get my team to go though.

I really need to pay more attention to what's going on in Ottawa. Barely have even heard of FOSS.. lol
Surprising that they don't tag their Summercamp2010 events with something like "Summercamp2010" so we could easily see what's on the agenda - especially since here: http://www.fosslc.org/drupal/summercamp2010 they don't include link to the sessions.
