Here is my stab at an ordered agenda. Edits welcome:
1. Dates: Do we have them. If not, do our current preferences for "one of the weekends after July 4th weekend" still hold.
2. Budget
- Decide what we want to offer and how much it will cost
- I believe we have most of this already. If so Ezra can you make sure to have that up to date as much as possible (or maybe Tom)?
3. Funding
- Decide on what sources of funding we want and what is our target for each
4. Registrations
- Costs
- What tool do we use?
- If we will build a registration tool ONLY for registration the deadline for that to be ready/tested
- I realize this starts to overlap with other discussions, but this one piece has to have resolution for camp planning to proceed.
5. Sessions
- How will we take session proposals?
- How will we decide on sessions and create session tracks prior to camp
- Dates attached to all (Session proposals by cutoff date, Voting/comments on proposal up to cutoffdate 2, session decisions/track assignments/published by cutoffdate 3). Remember we are looking for something other than wiki style or simple comment style due to the size of the camp we are planning and the, at least presumed, need to have at least some well defined fixed sessions/tracks.
6. Where will we communicate camp information "officially"?
- GDO
- Someplace else (requires agreement from group to go "offsite", dedicated resources to build, adherence to other deadlines decided in above agenda items, etc.)
