Change "subscribe" to "join group"

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I don't use OG, so I don't know if this is a minor change or a major one. But, after reading http://groups.drupal.org/node/6438#comment-20339 , it occured to me that "subscribe" is a confusing term. Calling it "Join Group" might be better.

Didn't occur to me to check the OG issue queue for this. I was only thinking in terms of g.d.o, not the big picture. :)
