it's just one css property that's messing it up (it's the case on almost every page actually).
.terms has a property of float: right; if it were removed, things would line up at the top just fine.. I understand the need to let the title/date/time have it stay clear, but then it could just have some padding/margins adjusted to fix that.

I think at one point the terms were shown at the bottom of the post. That would be better, in my opinion.
