I know this is not proper procedure, but every time I tried to contact Pierre Guillaume, the contact form tells me that the 3 contacts per hour limit has been reached, although I haven't contacted anyone at all...
It might be an error triggered by the fact that I do not have a groups.drupal.org account per se, but use my @drupal.org account to log in here (which also includes blank spaces "Carlos Miranda Levy" by the way).
In any case, Pierre, if you see this, contact me via my contact form here or at drupal.org:

Attached is my CV in any case.

PG
If you suspect this is an issue...
...then regardless of the fact that PG has already contacted you (thanks PG!), please submit an issue under the OG project to have this looked at.
We don't want unexpected behavior from affecting folks in the future that try what you did when you received "3 contacts per hour limit has been reached" even though you hadn't "contacted anyone at all".
Thanks in advance!

Not OG
I've seen this issue come up at d.o and I believe there is an issue filed.

d.o being?
Pardon my ignorance, but what's d.o?
I was unable to reproduce the error today, and sent a test message to pg.
In any case, the actual situation was as follow...
Do note that my user name has blank spaces in it.
Should I submit a report as an og issue or d.o, whatever d.o is?
On the other hand, after logging in to access the contact form, it wouldn't let me post this comment, displaying a "validation error" warning...
Apparently, it's a user session thing...

d.o = drupal.org; g.d.o = groups.drupal.org
If anyone knows if this issue exists over on d.o, it would be helpful to post a link here. I took at look at OG bugs but didn't see it right away.
And by the way Carlos, I've never seen a burro up in a palm tree! LOL.
