Whisky Echo Bravo vous invite à une rencontre Drupal | Whisky Echo Bravo is inviting you to a Drupal meeting
Bonjour,

Hello!
We're inviting you to visit our office, just besides the Lachine Canal. Come meet us and discuss Drupal, just before Drupalcon CPH!
We’re welcoming everyone to participate to discussions in a roundtable format. Among other topics, David Lesieur will host a discussion on multilingual sites. Sylvain Aubé will lead a roundtable on the early integration of Drupal in the design and theming process. To make things easier for those who speak English less well, these two roundtables will be led in French. We are also interested in any other topic you might want to bring to the table.

Sounds great! I may not be in
Sounds great! I may not be in Montreal on that day, but if I am I will stop in for sure.
Bonne idée!
J'y serai, bien qu’il soit possible que je ne puisse arriver avant 19 heures.

Pas de problème!
De toute façon j'espère que ça débordera un peu les 20h. :-)

Another potential topic...
... we might be able to sqeeze in edge-wise... "Initial brainstorm towards 2010 Montreal DrupalCamp". Anyway, if I can make it to the event I'll definitely try to get a little feedback since, if we want to hold the event in October again, we shouldn't wait until the last minute to do so.
Anyway, I'll post something about this now.

Speaking of DrupalCamp...
I have all sorts of information left over from last year's Camp that maybe shouldn't be part of Evolving Web's company files...I know the idea of having some sort of formal organization for the Montreal Drupal community is a bit extreme, but it would be nice if there were a place for us to store community information. Any ideas?

Wiki page?
Hi Miriam,
Could a wiki page in this group be an appropriate place for the type of information you have in mind?
David.

I think all the planning
I think all the planning documents could definitely go on a public wiki.
But, I do also have contact information for about 500 people, which really ought to be confidential :)

Contact information
Well, the confidential contact information should be kept by you until at least the next DrupalCamp à Montréal. :-)

Find a non-profit organization
I would suggest you to ask a non-profit organization to host your files and various in their filing cabinet.
If we plan to grow the camp year over year, I would suggest creating a new non-profit organization. But in the end, we would still need some space to file stuff for the next year.
A formal organization if not extreme, though.
