The office is on the 1st floor (1 floor up from main), number 114. You will have to sign in when entering the building.

(many of the sponsors I have contacted are waiting on this to
determine their pledges.
* how to reflect/differentiate "in kind" vs. cash contributions

* creation of a new committee / lead for coordinating volunteers (we will need to do a lot of this so might as well start thinking about it now)

* video specifications (having discussed this with people further, we really have to insist on recording of the RGB output versus the proposed option)
