Lets celebrate an awesome DrupalCon by sharing the great things we all learned about the future of Drupal with everyone in DC that could not make it! Join us Tuesday the 18th from 7:00 until 9:00 pm-ish at Be Bar (1318 9th Street NW, Washington, DC 20001 p (202) 232-7450). With free wifi and a big screen tv we can plug into it will be great for lightening talks, and it's right by the Convention Center so it will be easy to get to for the after work crowd.
Whether you are an active Drupal developer, a new to Drupal developer, or a non-technical person interested in using Drupal sites or just learning more, come on out because we'll be telling great stories. As usual, the first round is on Development Seed.

Growing and becoming more exciting
Hi Ian,
The ICT for International Development Learning Network has grown quite a bit and we are covering quite a lot of interesting areas including some (Drupal on a Stick and OLPC) that you probably had already heard of.
Please do stop by at a future event and check it out.

Ok, barring any unforeseen
Ok, barring any unforeseen circumstances, I'll be there. Last time it was at a bar, got there only to realize I had forgotten my ID at my office (doh!).
I can talk about two panels
I can talk about two panels I went to that were pretty interesting: Earl Miles' demo of Panels 2 and Node Queue, and a neat session on Drupal in China and China's adoption of open source.

other DC tech resources like this?
Hey Justin,
It was great to see you last night. Thanks for the links. I have been talking with Ross some at DC Tech Events and he's great. Definitely a resource we should be keeping an eye on when we set up the meetups and using to help spread the word.
Does anyone know of other resources like this for tech events in DC? If so, please pass them!
