Freedom House is asking for proposals to implement a bi-lingual (Persian, aka Farsi, and English) website “portal” to promote citizen journalism.

NOWCast, a citizen journalism project, needs a good looking website with a powerful and flexible CMS.
The project is co-funded by the Knight Foundation and the Alamo Area Community Information System, under the auspices of the San Antonio area Foundation.

The American University of Paris is seeking a Web Developer and Designer to maintain, develop and design its institutional Web presence.

Please note that while we are not seeking a Drupal developer, our campus portal runs on Drupal. The Web Developer and Designer will be responsible for managing the University's existing official website (based on MS FrontPage) while planning to move it to a new platform. This person will also work with the current portal administrator to improve interaction between the official site and the portal.

This will be a short (about 3 day) project. I would like to have some help setting up a Drupal website. I am based in HCMC, Viêt Nam. I have basic Drupal knowledge and have the content and design idea/functionality ready. I would like to learn as we work together to develop our site. I am hoping that we can achieve a lot in three days of work. I will take three full days from school to work with you and any further help can be negotiated if needed on a part time basis. Sorry but you will need to speak basic English!

Sid's Bikes is a NYC bicycle shop with two locations in mid-town Manhattan. We are looking to create a new website using Drupal, along with an ecommerce component. We are looking to hire a full time or part time employee who has experience in developing websites, has good graphics skills, and can stay on to administer the site and other online interactions (ie, SEO, blogs, ebay, Facebook, etc). Ideally, this position will be full time, however, accommodations for part time and partial tele-commute can be made.

Looking for a developer to create a social networking site that will enable both a video uploading modual (similar to youtube) and a chat function modual (perhaps enabled through parachat or another drupal enabled platform).
