I read at http://wiki.fosdem.org/tiki-index.php?page=FreeSleeping_and_Internet_in that there was free sleeping possible in Brussels and Leuven (~ 30 km from Brussels) in 2005 for fosdem.
Would that be interesting for someones? Does anyone have well contacts?

Staying in Leuven
Hello,
I lived in Leuven for 1 year so I can give some informations. Leuven is about 20 - 25 km from Brussels, 20 - 30 min by train.
I can suggest you Youth Hostel which is located near Leuven Railstation.
6 beds room - 16,60 euro
there are also 2 beds room about 23 euro.

Cheap places to stay
I checked out couchsurfing.org. Very cool. A very nice initiative.
