Flash is not evil
Flash is great for creating custom componets and visual effects. I do believe flash should be used in moderation, but it's definitely worth using for custom headers, games, media players, and more. Complete flash sites powered with drupal may be ideal for those who require highly rich designs and functionality, but remember to create a non-flash version for those who may require it and for search engines.
