Calling all Drupal developers! DesignHammer has volunteered to host another Coder Lounge on December 8th.
This month we'll be working on patching contributed modules for Drupal 7. If anyone has a specific contrib project they'd like to see get some attention let me know. If anyone in the group is interested in participating but isn't familiar with CVS or the patching process I'd be happy to go over the basics to get you started.
Prerequisites for attendance:
Coder Lounge is meant as a time for members of the group to get together and work on contributed projects and/or core patches. As such there are a few basic conditions that should be met if you plan on attending.
* At least basic familiarity with coding in PHP.
* An interest in contributing to the Drupal project.
* A wifi enabled laptop.
* A working development environment (either on your laptop or on a server you can access via a standard internet connection).
For those members of the group that are looking for assistance with a custom Drupal module or for general support I encourage you to attend the normal TriDUG meetup. Due to space constraints and to safeguard the productivity of attendees we ask only developers who are interested in contributing code attend. Please RSVP for this event on Meetup.com
