The Gnomepal project is still brewing, and the communication tools are coming together - the hope is to build Gnomepal.org as a live sandbox for groups / communities, as what's the point of building a community tool if the community itself can't use it?
For collaboration or general discussion, I have these vehicles at my immediate disposal until we have everything assembled properly on Gnomepal.org itself:
- IRC on irc.freenode.net in #drupal-gnomepal
- Live Interoperability on a Ventrilo server (I must grant you access first)
- Email Discussion List at http://xmail.lockergnome.com/mailman/listinfo/gnomepal
More to come, and we certainly appreciate the efforts which have already been put forth - if even for helping organize the information that has been flowing through discussions (offline or online). I'm not so sure we've found a project management lead, but Bram is helping assemble an IA structure - and there's another person (not Seattle local) who is helping put this into a plan of action, project roadmap, feature list, etc.
There will be monthly code sprints in the Seattle area for this (public, and with MUCH more direction than the meeting of the minds we had last weekend). The only thing I'd say is absolutely mandatory for any local Drupal-related meetup is Bram's presence, as his wife bakes cookies that are laced with some addictive substance... and I think I have to check myself into a Betty Ford clinic now.
