Meetup this Friday after work with Arthur Brock?

All,

Arthur Brock from Denver is going to be down here in Durango this week. Stuart and I talked about getting together with Arthur while he was down here to chat.

Arthur is an Open Source / Drupal developer that has done a number of collaboration and community sites and has designed and implemented local currencies. He's heavily involved in design of "new economy" options to replace our outgoing industrial economy. Some of us in the Sustainabilty Alliance have been working with Arthur's material over the course of this year looking at how we can implement some new economy features/currencies here for our community.

If you all are interested, I can set this up but could use some suggestion for venue for the meetup.

Meeting location and RSVP for 5:30 pm meeting with Arthur

I've reserved the conference room at the Commons building (tall brown building with community college in it near Albertsons). First floor entryway is in alley between Albertsons and Commons building and is well marked.

Conference room is on first floor of building - walk in the front doors, take right in first hall and it is last door on the right.

Arthur Brock is a very interesting individual and conversation this week with him has been rich and novel.

Conference room has projector and Internet so we can mess around online looking at some of the things Arthur has been up to. Let me know if you would be able to attend.
