I'm only aware of two drupal podcasts.
Does anyone else know of any others?

It looks like these guys are doing a "class" on drupal right now. So, it may eventually be on some other topic.

I would also recommend checking out the recipes on http://drupal.org/handbook/site-recipes as it is awesome to have a step by step list of how to accomplish some very poplar tasks in Drupal.
