There's lots of Drupal development shop success stories. However, there is not enough information for designers who have considered using Drupal to understand how it works for Designers and how they can use it to grow their own business.

If you are a designer, with a design portfolio prior to using Drupal, please consider writing a case study for Designers who are considering using Drupal in their practice.

Hi Amazon,

I am slowly putting together a video introduction for CSS coders new to Drupal. The goal is to introduce basic Drupal theming standards. If the video is useful I might make one specifically going over the PHPTempalte engine and good Drupal theming habits.

Thanks for the request. I am not a designer but I help do theme integration. I will send this post on to the designers I work with.
