2 way communication ruled by shortcodes ?

Hello,
I'm looking for a way to do this. Please let me know whether it's possible.

The basic is,
I get a special number from SMS carriers and rent it to my customers through shortcodes...

First, I can manage to get mobile numbers. Then I will use a GSM modem to connect them to a computer.

• how do I interact with these inputs with the drupal site ? What are the softwares that I can use for this ?(linux or Windows)

my customers will create projects and will reserve a 3 digit shortcode, and data format.(either polls, or node creation)

• each customers should be able to view stats in realtime.

• a reply should be sent for each shortcode.

Can I do this with SMSFM ?
