Drupal 7 has been released and we are going to celebrate with a party. So if pizza, cake and Drupal sound like a good time don't miss this party.
The Drupal Fresno meetups are a great opportunity to meet local web designers and developers. New to Drupal? You'll love our group. Drupal Fresno people are very friendly and helpful. If you are looking for local talent you can find it here. If you have an idea for a web site and are considering using Drupal I can't think of a better group of folks to bounce ideas off of.

My First Time!
It would be an act of God if I missed this.

OK Bob, it's my new years resolution. I am going to be at Drupal group every month!

I need to learn more about D7...
My experiences with Drupal have been fractional and partial successes. I think if I learned more from those who use it on a daily basis I might be able to make some of my Drupal-based site not suck so badly. If I can get permission from the boss/wife then I will be there. :)

I have a feeling you and I
I have a feeling you and I are in a similar boat. I have some experience with D6 at the enterprise level cause that is the CMS we have deployed here at UC Merced, and also some experience with D7 cause I'm using it to build my personal site.
I also have a lot of "holes" in my knowledge about Drupal and if you showed up to the party I'm sure we could help each other out with what academics call "knowledge transfer".
Michael, I think you will
Michael, I think you will find FDUG worth your time. We have some smart Drupalers.

Awesome
I appreciate your responses. I think I will be there. And I live near Fowler and Herndon so I guess I can't complain about the long drive. :P
