I propose we have the February 3rd meeting at Tracy's 2604 Magazine Street, New Orleans, LA 70130 They have WiFi, Beer and Good Food. Hope to see ya'll there.
The meeting start around 7pm. We have been alternating between New Orleans and Baton Rouge, so hopefully some will be traveling in town. The meetings usually last till 9:30ish.

Eric - sounds like a good location choice and from what i have heard from a friend about tracy's, "good food" is an understatement. I am going to have to work on a childcare solution to be able to make it down there this month.

Need Drupal work, consulting, any leads. Cooperative efforts.
How to spread word about our group.
What is climate for new business in Louisiana.
How can we assist one another. Business leads, tech help, idea formation.
As people join group can we begin to identify areas of expertise.
Topics all look good to me. I would like to add http://www.louisianadrupal.org it's a 'test' D7 site I setup running on Bluehost.
The meetings have been informal at this point. We are getting a feel for the community and at what level the discussions should be targeted. The goal is to grow the community and we need all levels and expertise!
I am still planning on going to Tracy's for 7pm. Depending on the Weather we may want to reschedule the meeting for next Thursday. Any thoughts are welcome.
