Hi,
We will start the work of creating a quiz assignment question type. Our aim is to solve the problem of handing in files as part of a quiz.
It should be a fairly simple question type that:
- shows a file input field
- may show a textarea for the file owner to enter a comment about the file that is to be submitted.
- the creator of the quiz can limit the types of files that can be submitted.
We have discussed the need for storing submissions outside of the Drupal root. At the moment we feel that this is needed, but we can implement this as an option.
This page, http://drupal.org/project/quiz_assignment, has been created to host the module.
We also aim to include a report module that can be used with Quiz Reports.
Since we will contribute this module to the community, we would like to get feedback on any features that we should implement in our work.
