Considering the lack of turn-out for the meeting on Feb 22, do we need to rethink the strategy here? We have 36 members of the group and yet we seem to not be scratching an itch. What can we do to make this a more vibrant group? Especially asking those that are members and have not been able to attend a meeting.

I talked with Jeff at DrupalCon, and we discussed trying alternating meeting locations between the Cedar Valley and Cedar Rapids area every other month.
I'd like to have an active group here in Eastern Iowa, but Iowa City is a bit of a stretch to do every month.
Maybe consider adding some streaming (ustream.tv) or using twitter hashtags, coveritlive during meetings so that those of who can't be there in person can attend/participate.

I support a roving meeting as well. I would like to try to be more active in the group.
Locations?
I'm game too.
Jeff, can you see if there are any locations where you work that we could meet? wi-fi of course; projector would be nice.

CR and Waterloo are a little closer to home (Toledo) than IC so I like this idea also. I have a friend who has expressed some interest in attending a meeting or two with me. He works at Collins (I think) in CR so I'm also asking him if he knows of any available meeting space.

I can arrange a room at Mount Mercy University if I have a date and number of people attending

My CR contact can't make it this month so he has no space to offer. However, I am still very much interested in attending the next meeting...wherever that may be.
