Dear fellow drupalian -- this is not an individual's decision. Feel free to propose new date or time. Depending on best suitable time for all -- the final date will be selected. Personally i feel june is very late. We should think about arranging this in late april or early may.

thanks. I also felt that. But

Any day within Friday/Saturday of May/June is fine for me (as well as for us). I am working @ Ergo Ventures Ltd. Its a software firm here in Dhaka, Bangladesh which works with drupal so if you guys are looking for sponsorship then after fixing a particular date, time, place for this event I can make a proposal to our managing team.
