FFmpeg Hosting Recommendation

Hello all,

I am in the process of finalizing this video website for a client. This will allow users to register and post their short videos (Less than 3 minutes).
I used shared hosting from Pacifichost.com during the development phase, but for production I will need either a VPS or a Dedicated server.

My client is a non profit organization and can't really afford the cost of a Dedicated Server.

The questions is to find a reliable VPS that support FFMpeg for a reasonable price.

Any suggestions ?

In their drop down list I've seen a $5.00 vps solution and I'm spending $10.00 mnth on for 256 mbytes of memory 100G bandwith and whats left of 10 gig bytes of storage after install.

I run a hosting business in Ottawa, in conjunction with Drupal development and this is a tough one as in requires installation of FFServer.
Your best bet is a VPS where they allow you to install your own config and access root services - but at that point your on your own.
The bandwidth will kill you as most VPS are bandwidth capped.
