Hi,
how can I remove default title/contents for default block, like title:"Header first" content:"header_first"?
I think this must be simple but I can't find it...

Theme settings
Take a look on the theme settings page for the setting under the grid debugging/overlay section.
I need to add this one to the FAQ, as I get it a lot.

Delta module
I've had already disabled "debugging (placeholder) blocks for theme development & debugging." and cleared cache (Configuration/Performance) but none worked. Now I've disabled and re-enabled Delta module and now all is working as expected.

Delta
If you have/had Delta installed, it stores theme settings as a copy, so the main theme settings could say off, but the settings for delta could still have it enabled under those contextual conditions.
