DrupalCamp Nashville 2011 was a success. Worst ding we heard was that it should have been two days. If we keep working together, we can make that happen, too!

We got things started with an all day PHP class, taught by Cal Evans, then a Friday night baseball game, with the Nashville Sounds hosting the Albuquerque Isotopes. The Sounds lost, but the weather was fantastic and we had a great time.

Saturday featured a full schedule of 18 sessions at the Nashville School of Law. We also added a last minute "Drupal 101" track, because we had a number of Drupal newcomers interested in a basic introduction to Drupal. The track was hosted and taught by Drupal Campers and session providers who rose to the task and delivered some great impromptu sessions.

As always, these kinds of events don't happen without a lot of commitment and teamwork. We had a fantastic team this year.

We plan to keep doing this, not only in Nashville but also in other Tennessee Cities. If you're interested in Drupal and live in the Nashville metro area, we strongly encourage you to become a member of The Nashville Drupalers.

I had a great time, and learned as much as my poor little brain could handle. If it is two days next time, we might want to have medics (or the psycho ward) on standby.
