It could be valuable to get the perspective of DrupalCamp attendees by sending out a post-conference survey. I'd recommend trying to get this done within a week for effective results.
Here are some possible questions, culled from my employer's last post-conference survey. In most cases there are both radio buttons from Excellent to Poor and a text box to leave a comment:
- How would you rate your overall DrupalCamp Twin Cities experience?
- How would you rate the Friday Opening Keynote Session on "Getting Involved in the Drupal Community" by Angie "Webchick" Byron? If you did not attend, please do not rate.
- How would you rate the Saturday Closing Keynote Session on "Taking Drupal Back!" by Jen Lampton? If you did not attend, please do not rate.
- How would you rate the Friday Night MPR Gala? If you did not attend, please do not rate.
- Did you view the conference schedule online?
- Did you use the online conference scheduling tool to create a personal schedule?
- Did you use the WiFi access?
- How would you rate the registration process?
- How far did you travel to attend DrupalCamp Twin Cities?
- How did you find out about DrupalCamp Twin Cities?
- Rate the items that helped you decide to attend DrupalCamp Twin Cities.
- How would you rate the meeting rooms at the conference site?
- Do you plan to attend DrupalCamp Twin Cities 2012?
- Any comments or suggestions to improve DrupalCamp Twin Cities would be greatly appreciated. (catch-all comment field at the end)
The full survey is attached so you can see what else is in there.
Rating individual sessions is also a worthwhile endeavor, but can be tricky to structure because there are a lot of them. I like the way Minnesota Council on Nonprofits has handled this for their Tech and Communications Conference - for each time slot they ask one question about which session you attended, and then a question about how would you rate that session. As a past presenter there I've found the feedback valuable.

I'm interested in a survey.
Could you turn this into a wiki page (see the sidebar on this page)? That way people could edit questions and such.
additional questions to add
Jason,
Those are great questions. Before I saw your post, I wrote down the following questions that I wanted to share.
Possible Questions for Camp Attendees
- What Sessions were helpful? Why?
- What Sessions could be improved? Why?
- What did you enjoy most about the Camp?
- What was missing from the Camp?
- If we formally added a coding sprint on another day, would you attend?
- Would you attend next year?
Possible Questions for Organizers and Volunteers
- What worked well (both from your perspective and what you heard from camp attendees)?
- What do we need to improve upon (both from your perspective and what you heard from camp attendees)?
- Take a moment to join down everything you did during the camp including all the little details. This will help us not forget anything next time around
I'd like to get a survey up
I'd like to get a survey up this week, if there are particular things you want to see included please feel free to comment here or to grab me at the Wednesday meetup.

I used Drupal Webform for my last meeting Survey. It Rocks.
Maybe this will help as it was written by analytics professionals that do surveys rather often. Originally "Retail" I copied the node and made it "Health Care" Analytics.

Great ideas, all.
I'd like to propose going over this at the meetup tomorrow and hammering out a final version to send out to attendees. Would anyone like to take the lead writing up a draft? I would be willing to step up, but also happy to defer to anyone who's been more involved with organizing the camp.
Go for it!
Go ahead, Jason! Do you know about our call tomorrow at 10:30am? We were hoping not to take over the regular user group meeting tomorrow night too much, especially if there are a bunch of new faces.

Understood about the main user group, though I wondered if there would be a separate debrief going on at the meeting.
Unfortunately the conference call conflicts with our staff meeting time here. I could try to get a draft done tonight though, and post it for comment by then.
