Facing This Error After Installing civiCRM Module

Before you post a support request on g.d.o, please seach on drupal.org for a solution or post an issue on project's issue queue. Its really not good to post in all the groups you belong. Groups are formed with a goal and motive and expect posts in the same line. Please do not violate that motive.
I guess, you might have to change permissions for your civicrm.settings.php
