We can still have a one day or two day camp in July/June
All we need is perhaps to have 50 persons who are interested.
Materials
name tags - catridge paper strips with marker and a paper clip to clip them unto our clothes
If we can volunteer these things then we can have a small camp with no frills and no fancy costs.
For venue, we could seek a university or high school, or even a church hall. We just need their electricity and classroom tables and chairs

wifi - perhaps we could talk to Digicel for a special package for the conference.

who will be:
- presenters
- working at the registration desk
- the programme coordinator
- the photographers
- the video camera men/women
- distributing and collecting evaluation/feedback forms
- writing a report on the event
- taking a record of statistics and sharing

According to the group's statistics, we have 49 members. So if each of us can commit to donate 1 item that I have mentioned here and play a role, and each invite one other person, then we could pull this off.

It seems like not enough time to plan.
I think we have enough time.
I think we have enough time. We just need to set a date. Once we have a date agreed on, then everything else can be worked out.
It is just a matter of getting everything to fall in with the date.
I don't know if we can do the
I don't know if we can do the camp this summer but I'm certainly interested in helping out with a July meetup. Late in the month is best for me.
