Censor bad words from Search

I have asked this for maybe 3 times already on Drupal forum. Can anyone tell how we can censor some Search Keywords which are porn ?

Please help. Really need to filter the keywords from search.

The admin settings for search does not have any filters for keyword to ban porn (i'm using vanilla 5.10)

However, i think with a bit of custom coding you'd be able to achieve it.

It is strange that Drupal doesn't have any option to filter bad words from Search.

We do not want to show any porn keywords under the recent search block.
