Does anyone here offers or knows someone that offers Drupal consulting/development?

I built a Drupal website a couple years ago and unfortunately have no more time to maintain it.

There are a few Drupal developers in this group, so perhaps you've been contacted outside of this list. Just wanted to confirm that OpenConcept certainly is interested and able to do the consulting/development work you are looking for.
