G.D.O Email System

Two issues I wanted to bring up.

1) When using the events feature and signups, it mentions that that when people signup for the event that they will be sent a reminder email 24hrs before the event. However, this never seems to happen. I have started sending out manual reminders for some of the events I've posted. I'm not sure if this is a known issue or not. If this feature isn't enabled, then the UI should be updated accordingly (i could imagine it might be load intensive) and if it is, then it seems to be a bug or something.

2) When subscribed to a group with email notifications, I have noticed a few times that when a post is made that only the teaser is actually sent. Sometimes this inadvertently leaves off requests for responses or other pertinent information. It would seem obvious to me that it would be beneficial to send out the entire post/node instead of just the teaser and wouldn't really any extra load on the system. Is there a reason for this? or could we make this change?
