Drupal Prometheus project brings a new and elegant approach to developing websites with Drupal CMS. It works with existing Drupal mechanisms and allows for a rapid MVC style of development under Drupal CMS.
If you are existing Drupal Developer, themer, designer or just someone new to Drupal, you may be interested to attend.

This event will focus on how to build a simple website using Drupal Prometheus framework running on Drupal 6.X platform. We will also discuss core concepts of Drupal Prometheus such as how URL path mapping and template selection works, region support and input filter / validation rules. We will also go into new Prometheus features such as ajax fragments and json views. After the presentation session you will have a chance to ask questions, provide suggestions for improvement and so on.
This is a free ( no charge ) event. Food and drinks will be provided to those attending. Location is as per below:
Meeting Facility ( Theater Room ) - Highland Park, South Surrey ( 2501-161A St. Surrey )
Directions:
- Come down 24'th Av.
- Take either left or right turn ( depending on your direction ) onto 161A St.
- Drive a few blocks down 161A St. and take a left turn at 25'th Av. ( You will see Highland Park sign )
- Drive all the way down until you see a meeting facility and parking for visitors on the side
- Follow the signs to Theater Room, located at lower level
There is going to be a sign displaying the event outside of the building as well.
Parking at the facility is limited to approx. 10-15 cars. You may need to park on 161A St. and walk down to the facility. It should take you approx. 5-10 mins to walk down.
The presentation will start at 7:10PM.
