I'm looking for someone to help me build a site with Drupal. I know what I want the site to do (e-commerce, gallery, search, membership, shopping cart, etc.), but I don't know anything about programming and need help putting it all together. I already have: domain name, hosting through inmotion, logo, color scheme, etc. Can anyone recommend someone who might be able to help build a site for a reasonable rate? I don't have a big budget for this. Web design firms in town have quoted $5 - $20K! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

If $5-20k is not your budget,
If $5-20k is not your budget, you really need to tell us:
Based on that, people can provide you with feedback on whether what you're looking for is realistic and if there's someone who can do it for you.
I would like to help you
Since you have specified what you have been quoted, what is your budget? Additionally, what is your time frame? It's definitely to your advantage that you have much of the resources already (hosting, domain, logo, etc.) As a point of reference, I manage www.katyaikido.com and www.mygolfbook.com which are both in Drupal.
I look forward to hearing from you!

Of course, I'd like to keep
Of course, I'd like to keep costs as low as possible - under $2,000?
Here are some sample sites:
etsy.com
artspecifier.com
1stdibs.com
Any reference sites?
Do you have any sites that you like that are similar to your vision? It might be helpful to see what you're looking for.
Another consideration
Realistically, you have a pretty lean budget for what you want to do.
I suggest that you consider using drupalgardens.com to get your site up and running. It's essentially Drupal 7 but with an easier interface than typical Drupal. You can be up and running quickly. You pay more per month for hosting but that's one of the tradeoffs of lower up-front costs. Drupal Gardens has some limited e-commerce capabilities but they plan to add more later on.
The beauty of Drupal Gardens though is that you can export your entire site as a Drupal 7 site and then install it somewhere else IF/WHEN you need to move beyond the capabilities of Drupal Gardens. Actually rather than try to do-it-yourslef with Drupal Gardens, I would recommend that you get one of the fine people who have replied here to help you. Let them be your advisor/consultant on setting this up. Then eventually when you have money/profit to expand they can also help you take Drupal beyond what Drupal Gardens provides.
But the point is that you get the foundation laid in a sound CMS and you save on design and setup expense.
