If you were a small/medium sized niche business publication....say "Organic Wheat Growers Monthly" or "Stapler Maker" or something...and you wanted to develop a better, faster, cheaper method to create and maintain your website--- or a template to maintain numerous websites....would open-source work ? would drupal be good ? what modules would be essential ?
