Sorry I missed the 10/28 planning call. Following up on my assignment from our last monthly meeting. I have contacted The Philanthropy Center, at Rollins College and explained what we are doing. I generated a resource list of Youtube Clips that explain Drupal and CivCrm module that would make sense to Non-Profits. The response was generally positive, my contact just needs to learn why Drupal and CivCrm are important to his community. In his response to my email, he siad he would get back to me this week. I also asked about having the Center send out notices to their mailing list when we get things nailed down.
On the food front, I spoke briefly with the marketing manager for Qdoba, a new "Mexican Grill" chain, about providing some food for the event. qdoba.com. We would have to build something of a business case to have him pitch to his management. Knowing some geo info about participants would be helpful
