Online meeting (eg. IRC meeting)
In light of DrupalCon, there won't be another Linked Data planning sprint until September 6. If you have issues that you'd like to see addressed in that planning sprint, feel free to post them here. I'll post the definite list closer to the date.
In the meantime, I did want to share two videos I created about SPARQL Views:
- Using Views to Query and Visualize Remote Data, part 1
- Using Views to Query and Visualize Remote Data, part 2: Relationships and Context
Looking forward to seeing folks at DrupalCon :)

Thanks for posting
Thanks for taking the time to make and post this. Videos are always helpful, and yours is very detailed.
The SPARQL_VIEWS module looks awesome.
Following your steps, at about 6:25 into the first video (where you first go into editing the View), I get the following error:
Warning: array_merge(): Argument #1 is not an array in sparql_views_plugin_query_sparql->execute()(line 243 of /home/quickstart/websites/intranet2.dev/sites/all/modules/sparql_views/plugins/sparql_views_plugin_query_sparql.inc).
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in sparql_views_plugin_query_sparql->execute()
(line 244 of /home/quickstart/websites/intranet2.dev/sites/all/modules/sparql_views/plugins/sparql_views_plugin_query_sparql.inc).
Stepping through the debugger, it looks like on $sparql_result gets populated in line 232. But there is no [rows] subarray for that, so that $rows just gets set to "<" in line 238.
Anyone have any ideas?

This is not the best place to ask those questions, which should be asked in the SPARQL Views issue queue. This discussion is for people who want to contribute to the code in the Linked Data modules on drupal.org.
Apologies
My apologies, Lin. You are right. This should have gone in the issue queue. In fact, on another computer I was able to get the material on first part of the first video to work, and plan on working through the rest of the videos as well.
Your work on the SPARQL_VIEWS module is IMHO a great step forward in bringing the Semantic Web to Drupal and Drupal to the Semantic Web, and on top of that your documentary videos are so well done. Please keep up the good work.
Thanks for the feedback :)
Thanks for the feedback :) I'm glad to hear that you got it working. Feel free to post in the SV issue queue if you find any bugs or have a support request.

There were no suggestions for issues that I saw, so I suggest that we discuss what issues we want to target on the call.

Hi lin,
I have two issues that I need for my project.
Issue 1: Multilingual support http://drupal.org/node/1259494
Issue 2: .rdf support for views http://drupal.org/node/1237296
Yesterday I started to study the code of Issue 1 to try to understand how it's works. I couldn't follow the content of the variables, so this night I will try to debug it. I'm a newbie with Drupal development and the concepts of semantic websites.
Do you think this issues are difficult to solve?
Cheers,
alejandro
Additional suggestion
I'd like to discuss the consolidation of the microdata API with the rest of the RDF modules:
- Identify microdata API bits which could be generalized for other RDF modules
Unfortunately I caught a
Unfortunately I caught a terrible cold from my husband who visited last week and I haven't gotten a minute of sleep tonight, so I think I'll be pretty useless for the call today.
I suggest that scor and alejandrodf work on the multilingual issue. Since scor will be traveling and can only join via cell phone, I can set up the Skype call between you two if there isn't another way to do it.

I'm working until 3pm in Spain. I think I could join on time at 3pm Dublin because we have one hour more!
