I am trying ot make a website using drupal

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I have installed various modules chat/video chat etc. I am trying to make this site similar to moutshut.com . Basically a product review site with chat and blogging .
Kindly guide me I am new to Drupal.
