Best Training

I am a long time web designer and am just getting started with Drupal. I have done some work on the development side as well. Anyone have any suggestions for the best training out there to get up to speed on making fully custom sites in Drupal. I plan on attending the Phoenix Drupal Camp but need something sooner. I have the Definitive Guide to Drupal 7 book I am going through but are there other better training solutions? Books, Videos, etc?

I've watched the Lullabot training videos and the Lynda.com training videos. You learn a lot from both, but in terms of quality, organization and presentation of material in a way that actually evidences solid instructional design, I'd go with Lynda.com.
