How to remove completely a sub-theme?

Hello all, I've a problem..I must remove a subtheme of omega (respond). I change default theme and than I remove the directory under sites/all/themes/respond.

The problem is when I try to reinstall it. All the settings are already saved.

Where? I want to do a new installation from zero.

What's happening is your theme settings are being stored in the Database so for a full uninstall-re-install you'd need to clean the db of the entry. The only question is why would you want to do that? What happened in your settings that is causing you to want to re-do the theme?

Also like Argus said, changing the name will work as it will change the entry in the DB to a new one.
