For Fall we're getting back into some monthly meetings, and we're kicking things off with a three part series that will take an in-depth look at theme development with Drupal's theming system. We'll begin with more introductory concepts and then moved to a more advanced direction over the next two months.
Part One, for October, will introduce Drupal's theme system (in Drupal 7), the fundamental components, templates and variables; working with regions; and creating subthemes.
That may seem like a lot for one 90 minute meeting (before we go out to schmooze), but keep in mind we also meet weekly at JJ's market, and you're always welcome to come for follow-up, in depth Q&A and trouble-shooting, etc. There we'll also be working our way up to the following months presentations (including leveraging themes from other modules and advanced theming concepts).
October 4th Meeting Location:
Griffin Technology
