Welcome

I've been thrust into the world of DevOps bit by bit as my Drupal exposure has increased over the years. I'm finding myself dealing with a broader set of tools to move Drupal work from concept to production. I'm currently in a position where I'm helping define everything from the workflows and SCM strategies to allow large teams to work efficiently to integrating these strategies with continuos integration and automated testing practices. I now have to push code to large web, bot, and email farms while maintaining systems for deployment and rollback. This has introduced to a multitude of tools including puppet, jenkins, seige, apache bench, the drush_deploy module, bash scripting, python scripting and ruby scripting. I'm starting this group in the hopes that it appeals to people facing similar challenges!
