Hello Southwest Ohio folks.
We're in search of an external web resource in the area that is good with drupal.
We're looking to expand the use of online marketing to help us drive all the businesses we have at the Eureka! Ranch http://www.eurekaranch.com . In that vein, our website will be changing as well...many times with lots of tests going on. [Think of it less as "just another overhaul", but rather a continuously changing thing.]
We'd like to get an outside resource to create/manage the look of the website. We'd provide content, you'd execute and build it in a flexible way for fast turn around.
The best candidate:
- works with macs.
- Can create some wicked "looks" - layout, images, fonts...the whole thing.
- But also can handle the drupal aspects of the website itself so we can do simple tests.
- Would love it if they worked here with us a day a week or something after we get it going.
Currently our best "arrangement" with our other development partners is a fixed contract for x hours per month at a negotiated rate – so that they have income they can depend on. Then we pay overtime for additional hours. If we don't use all our hours in one month, they carry over.
Our thinking is that this is a freelance person or a very, very small firm. Not an agency. Someone who will be fast and agile and who will be able to be able to respond to us quickly.
