Is there a meeting this month?

I'm new here and was wondering if there is an October meeting in the works.

I'm in an organization that is just starting with Drupal. I would love to meet local people to learn a bit more about the platform, understand what I am capable of doing with my skillset, and find local resources to tap for freelance work that is beyond my current body of knowledge.

My goal is to get some help to make sure we do this project the right way and at the same time give me a technological learning roadmap so I can become proficient in administering what is created and ultimately be able to develop the site on my own.
