Hello everyone, just wanted to say that I really enjoyed my first Drupal meetup and hope its the start of many, also want to thankyou all for making it so enjoyable and worthwhile.
Secondly I can't remember who it was that asked (I think Stella or Dermot) but I checked and was able to get email ticketing working successfully via redmine, it can be accomplished on either imap or pop accounts and all that really needs to be done is setting up a cron job to read your desired email account. Redmine then parses the email for certain text patterns such as Project: [xxxxxxxx] or #[issue no] and the email address to create the required bug/issue. Also really handy is that it deals with attachements effortlessly.
