Hello!
My name is Ingrid and I am new to Drupal. I met Scott today, who gave me lots of great advice and was kind enough to introduce me to this group. I look forward to "meeting" everyone! And as you can tell I really have no clue what's going on. I just posted on someone else's discussion. Sorry!

Welcome
Hi Ingrid,
Great to have you in the group, which has been pretty quiet the last several months. Scott and I co-founded it some time ago. Would you like to say a little bit about your interest in Drupal, what you're doing with it, any help you need, etc? I'm also eager to help with any issues or questions you may have.
– Andy
Thank you!
Thank you guys for all of your support, I really appreciate it!
Laken: I am interested in learning Drupal because I volunteered to build my cousin an e-commerce website for his new business. I figured that it really couldn't be that hard, and this way I could expand my current skill set. I've done websites in the past using Google Sites, and such but nothing too complex. After some research Drupal seemed to be the best choice for a CMS. So, I've been looking at Linux, XAMPP, and now Virtual Box to create the website. I'm on my 4th Drupal installation, which I seem to be getting really good at. And, my first Debian installation although I'm not sure whether or not it'll make a difference. My main goal is that by the end of this project, I will not only have learned more about Drupal but also learned about Debian, and PHP.
