Article and Page titles only showing on home page

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

My article title shows on the home page but not on any of the article or basic pages. I did find a patch here and applied it http://drupal.org/node/1270552, but it still is not working.

Has anyone run into the same problem and found a fix? I'm running the latest versions of Omega, Delta can Context. Would really appreciate help with a fix for this.

FWIW, creating a new subtheme

FWIW, creating a new subtheme and then apply a delta layout didn't recreate the problem, so not sure what the issue was.

I think you may have disabled

I think you may have disabled the page title on one of the deltas. Sometimes I know I'll lose track of which delta I'm in and can realize that I didn't update my settings for all my deltas.
