Has anyone used Drupalize.me and what their thoughts on that might be. Is it a pretty effective tool to get past the Drupal learning curve? How does it compare to Lynda.com if you have done that as well. Looking to advance my noobish Drupal skills.

nodeone
I haven't tried either of the two you listed, so I have a limited perspective.
Node one has some free screencasts that I think are excellent.
I'm a Drupal 7 noob, but I would say my skill level is now reaching average thanks to these videos.
I've watched these two, in this order, and recommend it that way.
Views- It's 30 videos that walk you through the views interface, and does a good job of explaining (almost?) everything. It alone will

These videos show how to integrate views into pages, and get page manager to pass variables to your view.

He/They have a article with a pretty graph about the drupal learning curve here:

12 Thumbs Up for Drupaliz.me
I've got to run into a meeting, but I use Drupalize.me and I LOVE it.
I haven't seen any of them, but I've heard great things about the NodeOne videos. I also met one of their founders (http://nodeone.se/en/people/jakob-persson) at Drupal Camp Austin in 2010. Great guy.
Also, some of the NodeOne videos are avaliable on Drupalize.me.
I've heard of people using Lynda.com videos but I've never seen them.
I'd say browses the Drupalize.me videos to see if there's stuff there you REALLY want to see/learn. One benefit they have is the Do It Wit Drupal videos, that are great.
Gotta go!
Drupalize.me contains a large
Drupalize.me contains a large library of quality training videos based only around Drupal.
Lynda.com only has a few Drupal videos and those are pretty introductory.
So I think drupalize.me is the clear winner, and the best paid learning tool available. If you don't want to pay, mustard seed produces some very good videos, as well as learn by the drop and gotdrupal.

We use Drupalize.me
We use Drupalize.me extensively at work, especially for bringing new team members up to speed.
I've used both
I've used both Lynda.com and Drupalize.me and they are both great resources.
Lynda.com has fewer Drupal specific videos, but they are great when you're first starting out. Each of their videos are set up as part of a series that build one on the next so it's easy to get going when you aren't sure what you should learn next. Of course Lynda.com also has a ton of videos on all kinds of other topics, and at only $25/month it's a real bargain.
Drupalize.me also has really good videos, and they definitely cover a lot more of the intermediate and advanced topics like CCK, Views, Panels, OG, module development, theming, etc. etc. etc. They also have collections of videos that are meant to be watched as a series, but their method of adding them to a queue doesn't quite work optimally. It's better to just watch them all in a row. That being said, Addison tells me they are working to improve that this year. Drupalize.me costs a little more per month than Lynda.com, but it contains a lot more Drupal specific content.
CashWilliams also mentioned Mustard Seed Media and their video podcast, and they are also really good. I've worked with Bob from Mustard Seed when he helped my church build our new website and he really knows his stuff. I've learned a lot from him as well.
So, if you have a budget for purchasing education resources, you won't go wrong with Lynda.com or Drupalize.me. If you don't have the $$$ (or just don't want to spend it) there are a lot of other free resources to watch from the different places mentioned here, but you may not get the guidance of what to watch in what order to ensure that you're learning things in a way that makes sense and gets you over the learning curve as quickly as possible.
Try tutr.tv
Tutr.tv by LevelTen Interactive has over 500 Drupal videos on it, from around the web. Entirely free. Good place to start.
LevelTen also has a free Drupal 7 video series- http://www.leveltendesign.com/tutorial/course/getting-started-drupal-7
BuildAModule has many Drupal videos too- some free, some paid
I'm doing a session in Feb at the Dallas Drupal users group on Learning Drupal- Top 101 Resources, we plan to record it and post it mid-Feb on Tutr.tv and YouTube.
I am a big fan of
I am a big fan of drupalize.me. I use it a lot, even when I just need a refresher on something. I would also take a look at tutr.tv because it is an aggregator. I haven't checked out buildamodule yet, but the guy behind it is very nice and seems to know his stuff, so I'd look into that too.
We've also been talking about doing a Hello Drupal here in Houston or something similar. That would be very beginner level, but worth checking out. I hope to post something about that soon.
Thanks for all your feedbacks!
Wow! I appreciate all your feedbacks! I guess I am going to give Drupalize.me a whirl and see how that goes! Thanks to everyone! So I guess we do have a few Drupal Shops here in Houston.
