First Jamaica Meetup

Welcome to the first Jamaican Drupal meetup. I will try to share what I know of Drupal development starting with a presentation on using CCK/Views in Drupal. I welcome contributions and suggestions from other members of the community in terms of what people want to discuss, so feel free to add to the agenda, which for the moment looks like this:

1. First 15 min to half hour: introductions

   • Who are you?
   • What brings you here?
   • What do you do?
   • How do you use Drupal?
   • What are your websites, what companies do you work for?
   • Generally catching up.

2. Presentation: An Introduction to using CCK and Views in Drupal

   • Use cases and examples
   • Q and A on the presentation

3. Group discussion

   • Working on any interesting projects?
   • Want to share best practices when building Drupal sites?
